First yellow thing that popped into my mind was Yellow Submarine, and though it's extremely unlikely I think I would be tempted by that!
That led to me thinking of another yellow submarine, which made me think that a Transformers X Thunderbirds collaboration could be amazing (but it wouldn't be called Project Yellow)

Yellow Submarine seems the most logical. Either fortunately or unfortunately, none of the popular theories for what "project yellow" could be is anything that I would even remotely want.
That said, whatever it is, it won't be big.

I can't imagine it being Yellow Submarine. That would presumably require an entirely new mould, while a $45 price point suggests to me a deluxe repaint/remould.

Except for the joes, all of the Collab crossovers have been entirely new characters.
So my guess is it'd be a new character, with a robot styled like the atrocious yellow submarine cartoon artstyle
