It's Monday - 2022 Week 29
Yesterday: Body spasm during the morning prayer meeting followed by a fall in the service meant I came home early and then stopped me going out in the evening.
Today: Leading 10am, nowt else planned.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Walked 2 miles to work before 7am wearing a wet shirt straight out of the washing machine (which I switched on when I awoke before 5.30am). It was dry when I reached my destination.
Spent 7am to 4.40pm in large cool air-conditioned office with a few colleagues, just venturing out into the heat to HMV at lunchtime to grab a Multiverse of Madness Blu-Ray.
Roasted on the walk home, despite keeping to shady side of street wherever possible. Arrived home drenched in sweat.
Pizza tonight.

So easy to misread that health emergency advice which says "Stay inside" as "Go for a run".

I gambled and it has backfired, I feel like Robert Bruce Banner and I am about to be transformed into a dark reflection of myself. |

It's 30 degrees already and today is one of the busiest days at work of the year when 130,000 students realise their module results are ready. I am also scheduled on the phone all day due to this. The heat is killing my brain already. Send help.

33 degrees in the classroom today. One degree less than the number of children in it.
Needless to say schools do not have air conditioning in classrooms.

Yesterday: A struggle. Wednesdays frequently are. Middle of the week or that I lead 8am and then have Homegroup in the evening? Got some book stuff straightened out.
