The prison stuff is great and I loved what followed as well

The first arc is certainly the weakest.

Does a lot of world building that pays off in the later arcs though.

Streaming has made me lazy.
In the Olden Analogue Days I would tend to stick with a show longer (especially it had spaceships in it as there wasn't much choice) but there is now so much literally at the touch of a button...

I want to be excited about these, but Im guessing they'll be the same price as the MCU shows which is just too much. Hopefully regular cheaper releases come along for all of them.

At the moment, Amazon has Wandavision Bluray for £46 and the 4k is oddly cheaper at £44. I guess as a one off that not terriblem but multiple shows will add up fast.
I'm just hoping the prices eventually drop or Disney release non steelbook editions.

Thanks! That's about what I had in mind. I have zero experience buying bluray box sets literally only buying a player for the first time this month, and this would be the first (and the only Star Wars one I can imagine getting).

I'm in somewhat of the same position - I've not bought a great deal on Blu-Ray since I got my player a few years back. £45 is a fair amount of money, but compared to the RRP on other things I have bought (Gundam OO movie and OAV series edit boxed set at £79.99 for example) it isn't too bad for what it is.
I can see how it might mount up if you wanted to buy all the SW stuff that Disney was putting out in the format. For my part I don't think there is any of the Disney Star Wars output I've watched more than once since The Last Jedi (watched the Blu-ray once, watched it again on holiday with my sister a while later), so I'm not likely to be bothered about buying many of their releases across either "franchise" (god I hate that phrase). Same goes for the Marvel Studios output - the last thing I purchased there was Black Widow, and I have never rewatched that and should probably charity shop it.
I think Andor is about the only SW release that I'd be tempted to buy on Blu-ray, because it is the only one where I feel a temptation to rewatch it.

I have zero experience buying bluray box sets literally only buying a player for the first time this month, and this would be the first (and the only Star Wars one I can imagine getting). As a fairly good comparison, new seasons of Strange New Worlds and Lower Decks on Bluray cost £25 on release. 4K SNW is about £35. Steelbook releases (generally, no idea if Trek does them) are (I think) usually about £5-10 more. So what Disney are charging isnt insanely out of the norm, I just arent bothered about steelbooks and have zero interest in paying more just because they are packaged that way.

Very tempted to pick up the Bluray. Also I'm super excited for season 2. Really hope they can stick the landing.
