So the running ramps up to 3 x a week now, also sadly in the office 3 days this week, as I am training someone again.

Morning All!
It's Monday - 2023 Week 2.
Yesterday: Bit of a disaster really. Made it to church OK, Liz went off for a swim before the service while J and I were setting up and when she came out the car wouldn't start. By the time she made it back to church I'd had a couple of falls, one nasty, and the rain was taking hold of the body. Had to leave chair in the building while someone gave us a ride home.
Out like a light last night, Thank You Lord! Woke a tad early this morning but that isn't a bad thing cos....
Today: Is a bit mad and could go a number of ways. First there's an engineer for the car due out at 9am, booked on Friday, who's in for a surprise when he gets here but hopefully can get the car to start. After that we need to retrieve my wheelchair. Then we make the call as to if we go to London as planned or not, whether we modify the plan (perhaps putting me on the train tomorrow) or call it off for this week.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

I got out of the house with the cast for the first time yesterday, managing to get to the local shops and back - with a number of rests. I was exhausted but happy.

Didn't manage the three miles, but not shy of two. Chest not happy with the cold and my general fitness level, I ended up with my breathing sounding like a phone sex pest. Reckon I'll be alright when the weather gets better if I can keep this up.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday
Yesterday: That was a day!!! Engineer was late and when he did get to the car it started first time. We couldn't move it though because by that time Liz had slipped in the garden and really hurt her knee: She's having to use the stairlift to get up & down the stairs :-( So no trip to London for her and, since we haven't got the chair back yet, it's not looking likely I'm going either.
Today: L teaching, J college. If all is well someone's giving me a lift to church to reclaim chair which I will then either ride all the way home - got a route I'd like to try - or bring back on bus.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Fracture clinic this morning. I'm in a new cast, a fetching purple. In addition to the break on the outside of the ankle, I have damage to the inside ligament and am facing around ten weeks in a cast.

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: Think that went OK, got lots of little jobs done. Didn't do too badly with homegroup but two of us were suffering from the same Zoom video issue that I had during the morning prayer meeting. V tired end of the day.
Today: Shopping due in (is here already, hence lateness posting), L teaching, J college then out in evening if we can sort rides. Epic reveals at 5:30

Felt a bit head coldy last night and this morning was a struggle at work, seemed to improve as the day went on - hence the risking of the run tonight. Pleased I did.

I reckon if we can go back to 2015 we could redo the last eight a bit better.

If you are having difficulty telling that without the aid of a Hub thread you are in trouble.

Can we choose? I reckon if we can go back to 2015 we could redo the last eight a bit better. To be honest, I'm pretty sure even armed with the knowledge of what has happened since 2015 I doubt The Hub would be able to effect the necessary changes needed to course correct the world.

I think you underestimate our power.
Mind you, that said, the Brexit vote would not have gone the way it did if everyone who voted could have seen the three years that followed.
