Morning All!
It's Monday - 2023 Week 7
Yesterday: Struggled at church physically and by the end head wasn't processing too well. Improved later in day.
Tummy VERY odd in night.
Today: Leading 8am. Then OFF TO LONDON for the week. L taking me up today, she's coming back Tuesday then Jonathan's joining me Weds.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

It's Tuesday.
Greetings from the town of kings!
Yesterday: Journey up went ok, parking on Mum's road was a mare. Lovely meal out in evening, first but not last Thai this week.
Today: L back to Swindon. Trip to Kingston first thig then Chinese in Richmond for lunch.

Morning All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Decent day. Liz got off and made it home OK. I took the chair along the Thames at Kingston, got the bits I needed in town, including a cheap Legacy Galvatron, then went out for a lovely Dim Sum lunch in Kew.
Today: Surbiton to book train tickets. Jonathan's coming up by train from Swindon to join me at Mum's, his first solo trip. Going to do start of Homegroup tonight on Zoom then Indian with University friends
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray Jonathan gets here OK and with no difficulties en route. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: Trip to Kingston, via the riverside in the chair, and Surbiton, via a K2 with a VERY inconveniently positioned wheelchair bell. Return tickets and assistance booked. J made his way safely up here. Dinner out at the Saqui with Matt & Tone.
Today: Thai lunch with J. Thai dinner with friends. Unfortunately, due to access issues, that means two trips out on the bus by foot.

Today I am apparently spending five hours on a coach so I can spend five and a half hours in Liverpool. University is fun.

Morning All!
It's FRIDAY!!!!!
Yesterday: Pretty good. The walk to the bus stop to go out for lunch killed me: in the evening I took the chair, J brought it back, then brought it out to meet me. TWO fab meals but serious accessibility thoughts in my head now.
Awake far too early.
Today: Happy Birthday Mum! Me and my brother going to get her a nice lunch. Quick trip to town first in chair.

It's SATRURDAY!!!!
Yesterday: Decent Day, made it to town with Jonathan then had lunch with Mum for her Birthday.
Today: Time to go home. But first a trip out to meet my friend Louise for a bite to eat. They're digging in Staines so no Reading service from Richmond. Instead it's serving Surbiton then via Weybridge loop to Virginia Water where it reverses and resumes normal service. J's first trip travelling on my discount. TMUK Zoom tonight.

Valentine's Day on Tuesday: I had a date at the fracture clinic! After six weeks, I'm out of a cast and have the company of Booty McBoot for a month. Even though I knew it was progress, the first couple of days felt like a big step backward because I'd got so adept and mobile in the cast and was slow in comparison with the heavy, cumbersome boot. I'm getting more used to it now, though.
I haven't been able to spend all my time resting and recuperating at home. I - with a lot of help from Dad - have had to have the shop open a couple of days a week, albeit shorter hours too, because there's still rent to pay as well as the weekly comic deliveries and other preorders. It was hard going at first but easier each week as the injury healed and next week we'll be going up to three days!
