Morning All!
It's Monday 2023 Week 11
Yesterday: Rushed first thing a bit, thanks to some off milk throwing my routine. Church good. Decent sleep. Enjoyed the Endeavour even though the cast list did once again give something major away!
Today: Leading 8am & 10am. J college this morning and out tonight. Not sure what Liz has planned. Have some book news to deal with this morning and some prep to do for tomorrow night.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Been on a train for the last 2hrs and 20 minutes. Not really been paying attention. Turns out we are running an hour late. Oh well back to not paying attention.

Managed to find a drier 20 mins in the continuous rain here to do the nursery run by foot. N gave me a running commentary on the way back about how wet different parts of me were getting...

She was telling Mrs M all about our cafe trip. And how Aunty Jen didn't come "until the end". You have earned points.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Plenty of pain, mostly weather related. Fortunately was rather busy so it was something of a distraction.
A little trouble getting off, muscles not 100% comfortable. Got up for a bit and sat on PC but on way back to bed I was crawling round the floor and ended up curled up by the door for a while unable to move :-(
Today: Day time as little as possible. That's cos tonight I'm doing words (and probably some ppt, I know how these things usually go with a number of datasticks passed over in the last few mins) at a Swindon Churches Prayer Meeting at a local school. First away game I'll have done the visual tech for in a few years. Reasonably confident but you can never be sure how the on site equipment will cooperate doing a gig not at home so it'll be two laptops in the bag (one vga out, the other hdmi) with multiple ways of showing the words Just In Case. So for me the day is all about ensuring I'm match fit for a night out and getting me there OK to do it.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Fracture clinic this morning. I'm now out of the boot but still using crutches for now. I'm told it'll still be another three or four weeks before the break is fully healed "so don't fall again" said the doctor! It's weird to have my foot and leg free again, in a good way.

Morning All!
It's WEDNESDAY
Yesterday: Relatively quiet morning, though at lunch tummy started to be a little troubling. Thankfully it passed enough for me to go out to the Prayer Meeting in the evening which went well, relatively easy gig technically for a first use of a location - I've had far worse mornings at the school we used to rent! - and Jonathan was really helpful ironing out a lot of the teething trouble with screen layouts and font sizes. Incredibly the network Zionworx install worked on site where it hadn't at home but staring at such a small screen wasn't so good for my eyes. I came home thinking bath then bed and go a bit of a surprise with a sizeable TF image drop which needed dealing with!
Awake till gone 2, first muscles then tummy. So not great today :-(
Today: L work this am if she's match fit, J ARC. All out for lunch together, if we're OK, then J college. Homegroup tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: Rested well enough in the morning that I was able to go out for lunch. But Liz felt quite fluy as day went on whereas my stomach pains got worse later on and was very achy by evening.
Today: Really no idea. See if Liz is match fit to teach. J college. He has some stuff tonight but we may have difficulty getting him there and retrieving him if Liz is poorly.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Ugh. -Ralph I am beginning to suspect where my own lurgy has come from. Stinking cold here and feeling unwell all week. Covid negative. Had to run three public science events yesterday through it. Naomi at nursery tomorrow so hopefully a moment to sit and rest. Nose streaming today.

Been a bit of a shite week, was at the funeral of a friend's brother on Tuesday, he was in my year at school - no age at all. Then got told last night one of the few family members I actively liked is not in a good way, and has been diagnosed with vascular dementia.
Tonight's run saw me in all sorts of pain as i think my shoes are now done, and my hips and the small of my back are causing me some pain.
Still the weekend is looming and next week sees TFN Minicon so something to look forward to.
