Why is she doing it is my question. An objective and unbiased examination of her motives and reasoning is surely at the basis of deciding how to cast my vote.
For clarity here can you specify whether there is any sort of Lent competitiveness occuring in the Burns household that would lead to you wanting her to break her Lent?
