Morning All!
It's Monday 2023 Week 13
Yesterday: Woke 5:30, second week on ther trot early on Sunday which meant a nice smooth slow runup to church. But from then on not a great day physically, early exit from church thanks to some quite violent spasms in limbs. Tired rest of day and in some pain tonight.
Today: Leding 8am, and will do again at 10am but this morning has run away from me a bit and I'm in some pain & difficulty now. J college then as group. L swim then some church work.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Day off today - not up to much but relaxing after a busy but fun filled weekend in Manchester and TFN Minicon.

It's Tuesday
Yesterday: BIG Physical Struggle. Not great :-(
Poor night. Woken once by gunk from nose flowing down into my throat, that was an hour up 3:30 to 4:30. Then I got woken again by a blast of music from somewhere. So not great this morning and the weather isn't helping.
Today: L teaching, J college

I don't think I've ever heard a cover of a Thunder song! That's quite good, but I'm not sure about all the wah wah in vocalising the guitar solos. Thunder rock, love em.

I don't think I've ever heard a cover of a Thunder song! That's quite good, but I'm not sure about all the wah wah in vocalising the guitar solos. Thunder rock, love em. Yeah, I can see the solo being a bit marmite, but what else you gonna do with only a voice to work with  I just don't really connect with a lot of that late 80's early 90's Brit hard rock. Thunder, Little Angels, never really got the appeal. |

It's Wednesday
Yesterday: After a disturbed night. Another physically difficult day, compounded by having trouble sleeping in the afternoon thanks to the gunk coming out the back of my nose & going down my throat. Managed 45 mins late in afternoon. Struggled in evening, big fall in living room post bath.
Today: Liz's Birthday! Plan is lunch out together between J doing ARC & College. Homegroup tonight, in person here with birthday cake!

Morning All!
It's Thursday!
Yesterday: Liz had a lovely birthday. I'm going to chalk yesterday up as a good day for me: an hour asleep in the morning got me match fit for lunch. Another few hours in bed and a bath early in the evening got me through having visitors here. Result.
Today: J off to aunt's to fix a TV problem then college then ASD group. L teaching. Me not sure.

It's FRIDAY!!!
Yesterday: Quiet for me, didn't push it, didn't have anything in the tank to pushy it with! Some Amazon book fun from lunch onwards and the new solicitations preview video at teatime. First of the new Taskmaster :-)
Today: J's off to try his bank card. L invigilating an exam. Box due for me at lunchtime. J at church youth do tonight while L to a Church Youth Parents thing. I could go but I'm going to need some me to do Saturday, which has a meal out for tea planned, and Sunday, usual, so a late night out Friday may not be the best plan.

It's SATURDAY!!!!!
Yesterday: Bit of a struggle in the morning, really didn't feel myself and went back to bed for a bit. Box came while Liz was invigilating exam. It transpired I may have eaten one of my trigger foods in something this week and I did feel a bit better later in the day. Book fun after sleep when the new catalogue went up giving us the details for the January Epics all at once. Quiet evening while others out.
Today: Plan is Liz's Birthday tea at her Mum's, TMUK Zoom tonight.

This has been my first full day without using a crutch at all, including popping down to the local shop after work. My ankle's a little sore now but that's not unexpected. I found some good exercises today for my ankle and I felt an immediate improvement in my ankle's stiffness when I used them for the first time this morning.

I've reached this far through the day without even realising, thankfully. Yeah, I didn't realise until about half-five when I saw a tweet from William Gibson which made me giggle. Today has been a busy day - a voyage into town to visit my bank and the post office, and so combined with a Mission to Smyths, where I actually spent some money for the first time this year! Spent some of this afternoon labelling ziplock bags of Gunpla parts - so I can find things in due course for canabilizing into customs, and did a load of watching of S3 of Legion. Still feeling the effects of a very hectic working week though - so I have a feeling there might be an early night in my future. Karl |

It's Sunday - Praise The Lord!
Yesterday: Liz's back played up, and her Mum wasn't on top form so we didn't go out for tea. So quiet day but got some bits done. Finally got an axe for my Cybertron Metroplex :-) But no sleep in afternoon and a late night (early morning!) after I found The Story Of Wish You Were Here was on Sky Arts.
That, and an impromptu game of "find my mobile" kept me up till 12:45 after which I had difficulty getting off so it was gone 2:30 before I slept :-(
Today: Church this morning, Liz will take me & J in and do the service on Zoom at home where her back will be more comfortable.
