In no particular order, I would say mine would be:
Subbuteo, Masters of the Universe and Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles. I used Hero rather than Ninja, as that was the name of the original line.
Even though I was a huge wrestling fan as a kid, I was never really a big fan of the figures.

I've given this much thought- in no partic order:
Star Wars (split between the vintage stuff I adored as kid and modern Clone Troopers and Jedis).
Action Force/GI Joe- many fine battles have been waged with these, and I'm loving the new 25th aniv figs.
Marvel Superhero Showdown. Just love 'em, in scale(ish) with MP/Alt TFs (as are Action Force and Clone Troopers) for great battle action!

I suspect zudobug is responsible. Me? I haven't posted a message on this thread yet unless of course I have some special powers to tell the Adbot what to advertise.

teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I say Ninja because I always knew thats what it was called in the US and I thought it was ridiculous it had to b changed over here. Plus almost every piece me and my brother got was from Canada or America.
Erm MOTU and MASK/Defenders of the Earth/Thundercats/Zoids (I never had a lot of the last bunch so theres no clear third place)

As a kid all I ever had was Lego and the odd Ghostbusters toy so they would have to be my top two favourite toylines as for the third I wouldn't have a clue.

Masters of the Universe Secret Wars (got a load when on holiday in spain) WWF old plastic ridiculous figures Secret Wars! That was a great crap toy-line! I was able to get all the figures and the Doom Roller as they ended up in bargain bins very quickly. I never, however, was able to find The Tower Of Doom playset, which upsets me to this day. -Ralph

GET UP, WITH THE GETALONG GAAAANG I had the Clubhouse Caboose, the Haunted Mansion (both boxed) and figures of all the characters. I sold them on a car boot sale as I grew out of childhood, which I later regretted. Fortunately, I was able to replace them at a car boot sale in my teens. I don't think I got all the characters, but I got the playsets in their boxes. (I'd like to think they were mine regained, but some of the figures are different versions.) They've been up the attic ever since, but it's reassuring to know they're there. All my nephews and nieces have enjoyed the videos over the years.

If we're now talking about toys that seem a bit too kiddy for action figure fans as a kid I remember my sister having this large plastic tree that I think it was called The Big Little Treehouse or something like that. She also had another, probably more memorable bit of tat that ran along the same lines which was called The Big Yellow Teapot. Both toys were large playsets that opened up to reveal living quarters for characters inside.

sorry IO should have accused Stomski ! Just be glad I didn't just come right out and mention sex toys, dildos, vibrators, the rabbit, massage lotion etc. Who knows what adbot would make of a post mentioning that sort of thing. Danger of getting modded? Damn. EDIT: GOOD MORNING - Ralph

If we're now talking about toys that seem a bit too kiddy for action figure fans... Well, the question was favourite toylines, not favourite action figures. But the Big Yellow Teapot? You big girl's blouse! (Actually, my niece's Fisher Price Little People are great fun, but I wouldn't call them a favourite.)

The only other toys I used to get as a kid was Lego and M.A.S.K. I've still got all my old MASK toys. They rock!! Even bought myself a dvd last month to relive the memories!!
Err...... can't think of a 3rd toy line

I've got a DVD boxset of the first half of the M.A.S.K cartoon series and I have to say it's one of the better 80's cartoons that have been released onto DVD. I liked it so much in fact that I intend to get some old M.A.S.K toys off Ebay sometime in the future when my budget allows it.

Soul of Chogokin Macross (Yamato) and...
it's a toss up between Gundam model kits and Revoltech.... Revoltech offer more variety (insofar as all of the Gundams tend to "look the same" broadly speaking), while Gundam offers more detail, often times equal or better poseability and lots of building fun...
So - hard to say.
