My 'better eating' plan has been working and staying off snacks as late has helped. No weight loss as yet* but have been feeling 'better'. I allowed myself a day of excess for Easter Sunday but back to moderation from tomorrow, which I think I can manage better now.

*I wouldn't expect to when only 6 weeks into trying to 'reset' my eating habits after 3 years of a pandemic resulted in them going out of control due to the stress.
