I am the night.
I notice it's called the Spring Bank Holiday in my calendar. I can't recall the last time I visited a spring bank. They usually have lots of stairs.

I can't recall the last time I visited a spring bank. They usually have lots of stairs. Do they have slinkies going down them? If Phil hadn't started the week thread, I would have called it 2023 Week 18: Dark Star for Agent Coulson. Martin

Morning All!
It's Bank Holday Monday 1st May - 2023 Week 18
Yesterday: Having not got off till gone 3:30 yesterday was never going to be a winner. Yet somehow I made it into church though a slightly stressful Tech Setup wiped me out and we came home 20 mins in. Big sleep in afternoon helped restore some balance and wasn't too bad in evening. J did loft job for me. Postal Vote located!
Today: Leading 8am. No 10am Contemplative Prayer, Bank Holiday. Not sure what else is happening.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. All three of those have been wobbly of recent. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Civic duty done, Postal Vote is away. Took it out in the chair and posted it myself, nice to get out.
On a related note a pox on all motorists that park across dropped kerbs.

Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. All three of those have been wobbly of recent as has my tummy which could also use some prayer. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Busy morning round me even if I wasn't busy myself. Stayed up a bit too long to unload washing, then slept quite a while - rolled over and went back to sleep post alarm. Wasn't quite right when I got up and the noise & business and people moving finished my head off. Difficulty concentrating, head ache and noise sensitivity way up all evening.
Today: Last day of my Forties! J ARC & College. L Work. Homegroup tonight. Prob ought to do the blog prep today to take it off the list for tomorrow as I think that could be a bit busy ;-)
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. All of those have been wobbly of recent. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Morning All!
It's Thursday - Star Wars Day May the 4th
Yesterday: Head wobble again first thing but improved as day went on. Got into a really big job for the TMUK forum. Enjoyed homegroup :-)
Today: It's my Birthday and it's a significant big number :-) L teaching this morning, J college but we're going out for dinner together tonight. Would have loved to have seen more people and been in different places but the physical & mental stretch isn't there. Hoping to see a few people over the next few weeks and stretch this year's Philmas Feasting Season out a fair bit :-)

It's FRIDAY !!!!
Yesterday: Morning flew by. Nice meal out in evening but Jonathan struggled for a whole host of ASD related reasons :-( A nice quiet day for a birthday but I don't think I could have managed anything more strenuous. Looking forward to doing things with a few friends over the next few weeks to continue celebrating including, hopefully, a trip to London. That was going to be next week but an extra bank holiday, midweek commitment here and a train strike end of the week has kiboshed that plan!
Today: L has a couple of trips out to do, J out this evening. Epic reveals 4:30!

It's SATURDAY and the first UK Coronation Day in my lifetime.
Yesterday: Quiet and slow :-) Couoldn't sleep in the afternoon ahead of the Epic reveals which went well. Nice evening watching Music programs on TV.
Today: Prep for tomorrow am. Zoom Mum, TMUK Zoom. J wants to watch Coronation. Need to do my next set of Epic predictions and redraft the Cap piece for Monday after yesterday's reveals.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, Tummy and Head cope OK. All of those have been wobbly of recent. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Woke up at 7am this morning. Which is better than 05:45 like on a work day. But not really as much sleep as I wanted for purposes of sorting out my sleep patterns and resultant anxiety. Think a reasonably early night this evening is indicated. Rain here has put the kibosh on the plan of going out to the park with my book and coffee this afternoon. I think perhaps I shall stay in, watch some superhero nonsense on the televisual devices and work on my current gundam kits.
Need to remember to change the hotel booking for TFN this weekend, so I might sort that out this afternoon.

Reminded myself I hadn't cut Robosen and a random entertainment clickbait companies tractor-locks on my Twitter feed this morning, so I've done that before deciding that I wasn't going out in that rain that was hurling down out there. So instead I've cleared a couple of other things from my Disney+ watchlist this afternoon - most productive and also enjoyable. Only series left now are Bluey and Stumptown.
Been Making a Leg, or two this afternoon as well. Now I need to get four feet and a couple of heads manufactured and my kit-building plans will be back on track for this weekend.

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise The Lord!
Yesterday: Ticked over OK, but the rain meant background pain levels were high not helped by forgetting my medication at lunch! Opened my birthday present from the TMUK Forum which was a superb Warpath custom. Got a big book in the post. Completed my May-July Epic predictions which I needed to do in a hurry as there's more reveals this week coming.
Today: V achy and slow first thing. Church this morning, my chair. Rest. Honmegroup in for Dinner.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, Tummy and Head cope OK. All of those have been wobbly of recent. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. I've had a small run of 1ams which while not drastic does slowly mount up. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.
