Morning All!
It's Bank Holiday Monday - 2023 Week 19
Yesterday: BUSY! Church, sleep, birthday meal with homegroup.
Today: Leading 8am then as little as possible!!
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, Tummy and Head cope OK. All of those have been wobbly of recent. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Pain/tiredness still high. Went to bed before 7pm last night, up at 8am today. Out for the day to take my mind off it.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Game of two halves. Morning OK ish. Happy with how 8am went followed by nice slow morning. Decent sleep but awoken a bit early. Then my tummy went NO and I just made it to the bathroom in time. Spent most of the rest of the day upstairs so I could get back there quick if needed. Suspect the fat on the belly pork on Sunday night to blame :-(
Today: J college, L teaching.

It's Wednesday.
Yesterday: Tummy fragile all day. Muscles played up when rain started :-(
Today: L Work then Swim. J ARC then College. If all is well at church tonight.

It's Thursday
Yesterday: Day time was OK, was match fit to go out in evening but a migraine drove me home early which was a shame.
Today: Food delivery due, L teaching, J college and out tonight.

Happy interest rate rise day!
The BOE are clueless. How do they get paid so much for doing feck all. They do nothing other than have a button which says 'INTEREST RATES: UP' and another one which says 'INTEREST RATES: DOWN'. Maybe they light up and make noises when pushed.

It's FRIDAY!!!
Yesterday: Difficult morning. The remainder of the headache from Wednesday night was still there and that was really limiting, meaning there wasn't a huge number of spoons. That with some of the stuff going round in my head made me feel quite under attack. Trip out for a "walk" in the chair at lunch was nice. Big sleep. Quiet evening. Late night fall :-(
Today: Trip out for lunch with Liz & Mother in Law. Little else planned.

It's SATURDAY !!!
Yesterday: Decent. Managed an out in the chair to meet Liz and her Mum for lunch. Rest of day ticked over OK.
Today: Tummy bad again this morning, shan't be going far and may not make it in tmw am :-( J off to Grandma. Mum Zoom. TMUK Zoom. Prep for tmw, songs all sorted already.

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise The Lord!
Yesterday: Revenge of the tummy. I thought I'd shifted whatever it was and was safe to go out for lunch Friday but evidently not :-( No pain, just couldn't stray too far away from the bathroom. Went on TMUK call for a bit in evening but was struggling so came off early: I did feel very peculiar afterwards :-(
Today: Won't be going in to church, will watch online.
