Morning All!
It's Monday - 2023 Week 21 and another not bank holiday Monday :-(
Yesterday: Decent day, mad it out to church and functioned well.
Today: Leading 8, 10 & 8. Missing Midday to go out for lunch with a friend. Been in the diary for a bit, hoping tummy can cope with Curry. J college, lunch, dentist then group tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Little bit of a rollercoaster. Started OK after a really solid night's sleep, best in a week. But really tired when I came off the ten am prayer call and went back to bed and slept till it was time to go out for lunch. Managed lunch OK and staying up talking to my friend after but collapsed into bed about 3. It was only after I got up again that I realised what was wrong when my tummy failed :-( That made leading at 8 a little bit interesting. I got through that OK but trying to stay downstairs watching telly proved to be too far from the bath room. Astonishing piece of comic collection news at tea time that I never thought I would hear!
Today: L teaching. J revising then climbing. Just one set of leading today at 8pm
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Been wearing contact lenses for the first in ages. I got the packs back in 2019 and maybe wore 2 or 3 pairs then and didn't touch them till this week.
Now I have a burst blood vessel and my eye is bright red.

It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Think day went OK. Tummy gripey but didn't go badly wrong.
Today: Internet upgrade to full fibre. J last exam then pizza to celebrate. Homegroup online tonight segueing into a Prayer Meeting for Homegroups/Smallgroups etc

Umm... don't they have a best before..? Yes, contact lens do have a best before! He's at it again! Not content with putting out of date stuff in his belly, HE'S NOW PUTTING IT ON HIS EYES!!! Sorry to disappoint, but amazingly, they remain in date. The right pack is good till sometime next year, but the left pack expires at the end of July. Which would have worked out great, but now I cant wear them till the blood goes away. If it makes you feel better I just finished the last pack of Wenslydale from my best before Dec 2022 supply. I think. |

That horses like to eat Polo Mints.
Used to be? Why, you'd have folks talking about horses eating carrots, sugar cubes, hay and Polo Mints.
Now? Largely Hay and Sugar Cubes. Pathetic.

It's Thursday.
Yesterday: All went OK. New internet in, issue with old phones but we can sort that. Both my main devices are showing a huge improvement but not as much as some of the oher ones. I'm guessing the wifi connections might be proving a limiting factor?
Today: L teaching. Leading at 8 again tonight. Taskmaster at 9.

I don't think there's jumping IN Polo but I'm sure there's an opportunity for jumping at the clubs etc.
But frankly I can't support the theory they only eat Polo Mints when Polo Jumping. It's absurd.

Highly tedious. Sensed some head cold symptoms last night along with the hayfever, did an LFT and tested positive. My second Covid infection. So I'm working from home today and tomorrow, for the first time this calendar year (having walked to the office and back for my laptop before any colleagues came in). Feeling fine now though.

It's SATURDAY!!!
Yesterday: Odd. Body went NO in a big way. Difficulty standing, walking and transferring which was not good, odd pains in the upper part of my limbs, especially my thighs. Went back to bed in the morning and again in afternoon. Thought it might be my tummy again but that worked better than it had done for a good few weeks.
Today: Leading 8 & 8, Zooming Mum, TMUK Zoom tonight. Digital phone adaptor due so we can get our phone back. Need to do prep for tmw.

Digital phone adaptor due so we can get our phone back. Did you lose your land line as part of the fibre upgrade as well? Mine disappeared a few days ago. Surprise you haven't received an adaptor yet. Virgin sent one to me around 5-6 weeks ago. |

It's Sunday - Praise the Lord!
Yesterday: Decent start to day, had hair done grade 2 as per normal. But day whizzed by and by the time I came off the TMUK call to host the Thy Kingdom Come prayer meeting my head was fraying a bit and there wasn't anything left in the tank. SUPERB home made Biryani for tea, well done Liz!
Today: Leading 8am - last go for this round of TKC prayers but I suspect I'm hosting at 7 tonight too. Church this morning, going in but in the congregation this week.
