Today I am catching up with Gav, Lyndsay, Andy K and Andy B for beer and wrestling. Drinking and watching that is.
Thanks to Martin, I am ganking a whole host of TF videos from YT right now while enjoying a cup of tea.

Morning All! It's Sunday - Praise the Lord! Yesterday: Decent start to day, had hair done grade 2 as per normal. But day whizzed by and by the time I came off the TMUK call to host the Thy Kingdom Come prayer meeting my head was fraying a bit and there wasn't anything left in the tank. SUPERB home made Biryani for tea, well done Liz! Today: Leading 8am - last go for this round of TKC prayers but I suspect I'm hosting at 7 tonight too. Church this morning, going in but in the congregation this week. Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus. Have a good day, stay safe & well. Necrobumper!!! -Ralph

Spent too much time in the sun yesterday on certain medications (I forgot to take more shade in excitement of a day out after few weeks of mostly being house bound) and so feeling awful today. -Ralph

Y'know what you never hear about these days? That horses like to eat Polo Mints. Used to be? Why, you'd have folks talking about horses eating carrots, sugar cubes, hay and Polo Mints. Now? Largely Hay and Sugar Cubes. Pathetic. Right, so my sister is an equine expert, she has degrees and things, and owns a riding stables up north of the wall. She says that as with parents with children these days, horse owners worry about the amount of sugar horses consume, so things like sugar lumps and polos aren't popular as treats. Instead, owners use purpose manufacturered horse treats or fruit like melon and grapes. She says horses have a sweet tooth and will eat anything sweet, even bananas with the skin on but that people don't realise that horses are designed to digest sugars because grass has a high sugar content. Horses do have metabolic disorders though, like humans get diabetes, horses can get something called laminitis, which is a kind of equivalent horses get through eating too much grass if their systems can't process the sugar. When we were kids she had a pony that died because of that. She says that her horses these days prefer extra strong mints to polos.
