Morning All!
It's Bank Holiday Monday - 2023 Week 22
Yesterday: Good Prayer meeting at the start of the day, good service, massive sleep in afternoon and decent close to Thy Kingdom Come at the end. Been v busy so having a week off hosting in the morning and not setting an alarm. Very tired....
.... so of course my tummy had trouble with yesterday's dinner and kept me up till 2:20 am :-(
Even so it was a little bit of a surprise when I looked at the time this morning and found I'd woken at 11:20!
Today: Very little planned.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Really good day after a HUGE lie in - Thank You Lord! Slightly tempered by feeling rather peculiar as I was getting in the bath which led to me putting myself on the floor before I fell and half an hour on the bathroom floor unable to move.
9am lie in today :-)
Today: L teaching. J Grandma. And me not much :-)

Home from a couple of days change of scene in London, which I needed after being stuck at home for three days with Covid. Sadly didn't feel comfortable with the idea of meeting friends in a pub so soon after being positive, so cancelled that, but hopefully reschedule that for another planned trip in late July.
Enjoyed walking by the Thames, seeing some giant Rise of the Beasts toys in Leicester Square, and watching a couple of films from a reclining seat, one thing I can't do at my local Cineworld.
Back to the office tomorrow for a 3-day working week.

I'd settle for seats with enough leg-room that I can have my knee at an internal angle of 96 degrees or more comfortably. Short of getting a seat in the front row there is nowhere in my local vue I can sit where I don't end up limping after the kneecap popping back into place after I get up.
Short week this week - on campus today, so that I would be home for the scheduled delivery of my HLJ parcel today. So of course FedEx delivered it today. I think they are multiplying their delivery estimates by some factor to make themselves seem like "miracle workers"... Ah well - working from home tomorrow, then back on campus on Thursday. Got my tablet loaded with Big Finish Torchwood stuff for the walk back in the evening courtesy of BF's Indira Varmer-themed sale last week.

Yesterday: all went ok: got shopping in and stashed, quick walk with Liz before her friend arrived. TF leak gave us something to do and then the sad news of Network's demise :-( Decent homegroup though just 3 of us this week
Today: J at ASD group in day time, L swim then teaching. Test Match starts today :-) Need to spellcheck blog and prep TF poll for Friday. Taskmaster tonight. Nagging feeling I've forgotten something though.....

Morning All!
It's FRIDAY!!!
Yesterday: Decent Day, lie in followed by a nice and slow day with the Test Match on most of the time. Had a quick trip to Liz's Mum's in the chair to fix her laptop. AMAZING Paella done in the slow cooker for tea.
Horrible night, awake till 2:30 - pain, then again at 4 and 6. Some very odd dreams later on when I finally settled again. In plenty of pain this morning and v unstable which throws today's planned out into doubt.
Today: Intention is a trip out for lunch, with me and J back on bus while L visits her Dad. Little else planned.

It's SATURDAY!!!!!
Yesterday: After a really bad night with pain and awake loads I expected Friday to be a write off. Bu I has recovered really well, Thank You Lord, though was a bit annoyed to discover the entire thing was self inflicted after forgetting my drugs Thursday tea time. Made it out to lunch and post lunch into town where I took care of a job involving the building society & bank and found something Id been after cheap. Nice evening slightly spoiled by a fall on landing at 11pm which disrupted things.
Today: L & J out and about doing various things. Zoom Mum, host TMUK Zoom & Sunday prep for me.
