Next March! Blimey, it's being hyped early. -Ralph It's because of the two tier release. When we first heard about this it was for a crowd funding thing, through that you get it this year I think. Then the general release was sometime after. End of March it seems. Edit: actually that Amazon listing says preorders can't be cancelled after September, so maybe this is linked to the crowd fund somehow. |

$75 bucks is a hell of a lot better than the earlier $200 bbts wanted, which now equates to $125 for an additional Masterpiece stand.
Cost me $30 to cancel that preoder, but it's still preferable.

Lunar Cruiser has arrived. Packed in vehicle mode, which looks like a Voyager size Generations vehicle. I shall do some transforming later.

Love this figure - very nice indeed. The vehicle mode has the kind of detail that makes it feel more like Gigawatt/Ectotron than a standard figure, it's clearly designed to be very accurate to the Jaxa cruiser. The wheels are plastic, but have a tactile feel to them so they do roll nicely if you give it a push. Better than we get currently. The vertical probes are rubber so they bend.  It's also a good size:   The robot mode is also fantastic. The colours are difficult to reproduce in sunlight, but he's a darker shade of blue and red than a Prime usually is.  He's also a good size - taller than the current standards for Voyagers:  |

I always find a comparison picture helps with figures when you aren't sure of the size. This lunar cruiser is an oddity really, it's like a Voyager+
