Morning All!
It's MONDAY 2023 Week 23 and I'm afraid there's not another Bank Holiday Monday till August
Yesterday: Given my tummy was bad Saturday and kept me up well into Sunday morning, that was a pretty good day. Creaky first thing and head could have been straighter but all went fine once I was in the chair. Lovelky spag bol for lunch, big sleep and a good evening watching The Invasion of the Dinosaurs, plus made some big progress with the Epics previews I've been trying to write.
Today: Leading 8am and 10am. L & J off at 10:45 to Minehead until Friday so I'll be home alone. Thinking curry tonight if tummy still OK.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Good day. L & J got off and got there OK, nice and quiet and calm here :-)
Today: Was thinking I might try to do a run to ASDA later, but it's a bit grey today so the body is unwilling.

I have never heard of Evolution It was the line that gave you Voyager Metalhawk! I stand corrected. I heard of it and then forgot it. I also didn't know Metalhawk was 'Voyager'. He's just an Autobot that turns into a jet. Not a Pretender, not a member of a team, just Autobot Metalhawk. Excellent toy, but there's no gimmick I can see that justifies additional names like 'Evolution' or 'Voyager'. Martin |

The arrival of a large mysterious clinking box labelled 'Bays Brewery', apparently from my aunt, and left with a neighbour two doors' down while I was out at work, reminds me it's my birthday tomorrow.

It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Could have been better physically, weak and weary and moving badly all day mainly thanks to grey weather but the tummy went wrong badly mid afternoon so that was probably contributing too. Felt a bit better afterwards but head worm towards end of day. L & J having really good time away.
Today: Not sure. Could do with doing the ASDA run I wanted to yesterday but parcel due cMidday. Homegroup tonight.

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: Yeah. Two falls, not good ones either :-( First knocked the laptop & netbook flying and caught me on the table & sofa on way down. Second was in front of the fridge, knocking a door shelf out and smashing a jar of garlic seeds that Liz was pickling. Did till 8 on Homegroup but had to wave the white flag then. Around all that I spent the day mainlining a repeat viewing of all 12 episodes of Andor which was just as good second time out.
Today: Not sure. See what the body says. Blog spellcheck and poll prep to do, possible book delivery at lunch.
