Morning All!
It's Monday - 2023 Week 24
Yesterday: Good day. Church good in morning though incoming rain played body up and I ended up putting myself on the floor at one stage. Slept all afternoon 3.5 hours plus. Decent evening and out like a light when I went to bed. And tummy didn't do anything odd, likely to be a few days before that's a problem again.
Today: Leading 8 and 10. L out for meeting. Need to send J to town and he's then out tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday.
Yesterday: Day ticked over OK. Evening was a bit of a fight physically with the head notprocessing well, noise sensitivity up and a bit of a headache.
Awake till 2, cold & painful legs, couldn't get comfortable. Awake again at 6:30 :-(
Today: L teaching. Couple of boxes and a book due for me.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Despite the scorching heat today, it's been a very pleasant evening in the back garden, which is north-facing and shaded. Perfect for sitting with a glass of wine to open Rise of the Beasts toys. A few photos of beast modes in the rockery may have been involved.

It's Wednesday
Yesterday: quiet morning, was tired after a night truncated at both ends. Decent sleep but busy early evening with some TF reveals and attempts to preorder. At one point I couldn't find my phone to authorise my card even though it was right in front of me, not a good sign!!! Went out in the chair for a bit c8pm which helped the head before settling in with Liz and the TV
2am again this morning :-(
Today: J ARC then needs to go into college. L church work at home. Box due. Wanted to go to town, but another late night has probably kiboshed that. Homegroup tonight.

It's Thursday
Yesterday: *THINK* it went OK. Trip to post box and trip out in evening, both with chair. But body did some odd stuff, especially when I went for my afernoon sleep, during homegroup and again when I got into bed at night.
Gone 1:30 before I slept :-(
Today: Leading 8am. L teaching 11:30. J groups tonight.

It's FRIDAY !!!
Yesterday: Not too bad a day. Quite a bit of tech stuff for Liz first thing which enabled her to do what she needed to while teaching. Decent sleep. Went out for a big ride in the chair while everyone else was out but fell while locking the front door scaring some neighbours who'd never seen me go down before.
1:30 again. That and the fall is making my body scream NO. This will be a back to bed morning.
Today: Day 1 of the first Ashes Test :-) Epic reprint reveals at 5.

It's SATURDAY!!!
Yesterday: Generally decent day, if a bit rocky first thing due to lack of sleep and then running out of go big time towards the end of the day. But in between we had some test cricket, book reveals, good food, some nice old TOTP and a trip out in chair
Slept much better last night, got off much quicker.
Today: As little as possible. Some prep for tmw. J to Grandma. Books due. Zoom Mum. TMUK Zoom.

Yesterday: Decent, but a bit too much to do in the morning. VERY tired in evening on TMUK call
Quite a bit of pain when I got into bed last night but got off quickly. Woke a bit early but hey ho.

Busy week and the heat has made it insufferable.
Got out last night to see my friend's band, catch up with some other folks I haven't seen this year and have a lovely curry. Rule 1 was followed - stuck to lager before switching to a can of coke for the end of the night.
