Morning All!
It's Monday 2023 Week 28
Yesterday: .... could have gone better. A decent night's sleep meant I was match fit to go into church but as we were going out the door J realised his cycle helmet was missing which caused a meltdown. A sudden stop on the way there jarred my back and once I was in the building I started to have trouble with both noise levels and background noise. By the time the prayer meeting was done, and I had a little trouble getting back in the main room, I was ready to come home, a severe fall a few mins later only confirmed it. L&J came away with me but went back for the lunch. Rest of day was spent in a lot of pain and moving badly.
Today: Leading 8am and 10am. 19th Wedding Anniversary so we're off out for dinner tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

I thought a day off was supposed to be restful? So far I have spent half my time clearing up, and the rest either making a trek out under the burning sun for a perscription, or making offical-type phone calls.
On the bright side, my printer is now working and I have printed my Air Tattoo tickets so that I have a physical copy as well as the digital. I should probably sort out the same for my TFNation tickets this afternoon as well.
Ah well, it is productive if nothing else...

Morning All!
It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Relatively decent day. Replacement Disabled Badge showed up :-) We gave it it's debut when we went to town for our anniversary meal, which was fab, and have concealed it better & safer in the car so it doesn't go walkies again.
Today: I'm off to London to see Mum! Back Thursday
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Safely at Mum's in Kingstion, sw London.
Top food freebies on train today :-)
V tight connection at RDG, surprised we pulled that one off!
Weather fine when I got to Richmond so I made my way from RMD to Mum's in the chair, riding along by the river from RMD to Ham House, then up Ham St and Tudor Drive. 90 mins, need to work out how far that is.

Morning All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Good day, train travel went relatively to plan, food & drink freebies on train and managed to do a lovely wheelchair drive aloong river when I got here. I'm a short stretch from having done the entire trip Kingston to Richmond. Mum pleased to see me and that meant there was someone with her when the dog's ashes arrived.
Today: Mum's out on a hospital trip. I need to make a run to Kingston to see if shops there have a couple of items I'm seeking, might do lunch in Kew. Homegroup tonight on Zoom.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

It's Thursday!
Yesterday: Another good day: got into Kingston, did the shopping inc buying lunch and took the chair Kingston to Ham House and back across the commmon. Book news struck as I was trying to get to bed and that cost me 90 mins organising that, then there was a knock at the door, then Mum came back from hospital visit so it was very late I got to bed in the afternoon. Most of Homegroup were busy elsewhwere but Liz and I spent some time talking to the person who did make it.
2am. :-( Tummy "could be better" this morning
Today: Home. Last time getting home did not go well and I know there's some digging between me and the station so I am a tad apprehensive....
Pray Day goes OK, especially the journey home. Pray Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

I did like the bit on the call tonight where Phil regenerated into Karl. Pity it happened off screen though.

If Karl had looked into the camera and said, "Nice to meet you. Run for your life!" I think I would have wet myself.

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise the Lord!
Yesterday: Think day went ok, but not a great day for the tummy :-( Start was a bit disrupted, hence why yesterday's post didn't go up till 10:30 in the evening. Yodel failed to show with the expected toy & book. Karl enjoyd Airshow day 1. Head quite thin most of the day.
Today: Karl off to Airshow day 2, rest of us to church. My chair because the rest of the team are away or projected last week. Meeting after about the arrangements for the week away J is going on end of this and start of next month.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Well you tend to live in hope someone will explain something during the week, but I know full well Phil is dying for someone to ask. It's it something to do with Karl's current residence in Swindon? He's there for planes. Of a sort.

Karl doesn't tend to cause riots though.
Was a post plane show when that restaurant got smashed up?

It's a play on words. Karl is at the Royal International Air Tattoo... www.airtattoo.com/... which is frequently abbreviated to RIAT. RIAT is one letter removed from Riot. Next year we'll go for I Predict A Riat.....
