It was maybe not a greeting and maybe Martin informing us he was getting back late from the discotheque.

Morning All!
It's Monday - 2023 Week 30
Yesterday: good morning at church, which involved some mid service teching when we realised a ppt we should have had hadn't showed up. Got a little spasmy so laid down on floor before the body could throw me out of the chair. Body calmed down on floor but utterly shattered and a tad out of it when I got back up again. Had a little trouble getting off for Afternoon sleep but slept three hours when I did. Quiet evening then couldn't get off till 1.
LOTS of rain this morning, in some difficulty.
Today: Leading 8am & 10am. Book from Japan due. 4 toys due. Lots of toys due this week which is feeding into challenging me about my spending & buying.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Good Night is not an appropriate greeting! Agreed, but nor was it the appropriate time to greet people. I wished you all a good night as I was signing off and going to sleep. Now it’s morning, it’s time for a greeting. Morning, all! Martin

Morning All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Could have gone better physically. WAS going OK, if a little slow, but then I had a major fall in the bath room, backwards towards the bath, and came within an inch or so of clobbering the back of my head. Scraped some skin off my hand and bruised my back a bit, but was down there a while. That coloured the rest of the day. Nice trip out in chair in evening.
Today: Luch out with Matt from University. Two different toy parcels due. Homegroup tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

My folks are on holiday: their first since 2019 due to the pandemic. I had worried they would never go on holiday again due to covid worries so this is doing a good thing for my mental health.

Just got back from a mini break - three nights in London (including pub with chums and a theatre visit to see Al Murray and Mel Giedroyc in a comedy play), then one night in Bristol visiting my Dad for the first time in over a year. (He tends to prefer to visit me.)

Yesterday: Day went well, nothing too taxing, couple of parcels arrived, was well enough to go out to Asda after dinner. Then I got home and my head fell apart a bi and I don't know why. Wondering if the Asda trip was too much....
Today: Not a lot planned today. Small Group Leaders meal tonight, would love to be match fit for that.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's SATURDAY!
Yesterday: Day went OK and I was match fit to go out for the meal in the evening, but I had nothing left physically or mentally by the time we got home. I think part of that was a To Do list which had grown alarmingly during the day. I managed to shift a bit of that on automatic before bed and he head felt better.
Today: J needs to pack for his week away with the church. Need to ring Mum, ran out of time yesterday but she has visitors anyway. TMUK Zoom tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.
