Morning All!
It's Monday - 2023 Week 31
Yesterday: BUSY morning, lots of book stuff hit first thing. I did church, projected songs and a video - which ended rather embarrassingly - but swapped with another member of the team for the sermon.
Today: J off with the church youth to Newday till Saturady. Leading 8am and 10am. Lunch out with Liz.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

I learned on my travels today about the seven watch periods used on ships, and that morning watch is defined as being from 4am-8am. After 8am it becomes forenoon until midday.
Given away from shipping we have afternoon, evening and night for the second twelve hours of the day, morning gets to carry a lot by itself, so I think forenoon should be used more generally to help out.

It's a lot harder to buy a toilet roll holder than I thought it would be. We even went out in the pissing rain and couldn't find one.

Martin There we go, see? Much more precise. Although I'm not sure how we explain 'last dog watch'. www.rmg.co.uk/stories/topics/what-are-watches-on-board-ship

Morning Afternoon All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Not a good day. Liz did her back again in the garden and is in some difficulty. So planned trips out while J is away are on hold for now. My head wasn't great at kick off and frayed further as the day went on. Had to deal with some money/date stuff not falling as I'd like it which necessitated a few choices made which were difficult. I went out to get our dinner, couldn't get the chair into where I'd gone to and then had to go find a cash machine cos they didn't accept cards. Big game of hunt the phone in the evening, I did find it, but managed to sit down on a spare laptop power supply and hurt my backside and back :-(
Today: Not sure. Probably no out for lunch, which is a shame as there's somewhere new to us we want to try. Parcel due. Homegroup tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Today: Last day home alone for the two of us. Going to try for lunch out again.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's SATURDAY!!!!!
Yesterday: That was a bit mad. Good mad for the most part. Got up and found the books I'd been waiting for Thursday night were now available so bought those, a tinsy extra into the early Friday routine of post diary entry, set TMUK Poll and Prayer Meeting. Discovering the Edelweiss catalogue had gone up with LOADS of info about Marvel books through the summer was when the real insanity started.... The pages were value pasted into Excel to let Excel harvest all the useful data. I went through the Epics manually and grabbed the book blurbs. Still got things I can do with the harvested data! Lunch out with Liz, long sleep, evening watching music programs on the TV
Today: Woke far too early for a Saturday. J due home late afternoon. Zoom Mum, maybe Zoom a friend, last pre TFN TMUK Zoom tonight. Church prep, slides still outstanding.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.
