Made you? You asked, if I recall correctly.
It's from The Adventures of Mark Twain, which was called Comet Chasers over here. That clip is pretty much the only bit you ever see online because it freaked the hell out of a lot of kids when they saw it back in '85 when it was released, I guess. Not surprisingly for a story featuring an American author/folk hero, it has a region 1 DVD release but no region 2.

I actually wacthed this on YouTube a few weeks ago and agree that it is disturbing and I always wondered where it came from and when it was made.

I couldn't make any sense out of that clip. It was obviously trying to convey some kind of message but I'd be damned if I knew what message that was. It also isn't as creepy as its trying to be.
