Manchester half-marathon achieved. Didn't stop or walk. My body is currently on fire. There was a 40-minute queue for the loos so no warm up and the temperature was 3 degrees (felt colder) which meant a certain physical disability was causing immense pain before I even set off and was felt keenly all the way. Having a heavy cold didn't help. Got there in the end though. My goodness. Last day for donations for Cancer Research but unless there are any stragglers it looks like topping out at £613.01 and £123.26.
