I used This eBay Seller for most of the stuff I ordered. But those cheap figures at BBTS.... My VAMP & SHARC arrived today. The Vamp is good. The SHARC is awesome, even down to the backpack tab for positioning a diver on the underside !

AWE Striker with Leatherneck I have issues. 1) Why did TARGET get the standard coloured AWE Striker and the mass release version is the desert camo version ? All the other standard size Target vehicles are special paint jobs ( Night Specter and HISS) 2) Why does the AWE Striker come with Leatherneck instead of a desert camo of it's usual driver Crankcase ? 3) Why is the first 25th anniversary Leatherneck in desert fatigues rather than the more familiar green ? More to follow....

Got an exclusive Heetseek missile set in the post this morning (eBay seller in Hong Kong)
I never had a GI Joe MMS as a child - the MMS itself wasn't sold here in the UK and it's Action Force repaint the SAS Force Missile System didn't appeal to me - I liked the Space Force stuff better. When I saw this in the pictures from a show earlier this year I thought A) It'll never get a UK release and B) I must have one for my 25th HISS to tow !
The box opens from the bottom, with a layer to hold everything in place followed by a gorgeous fold out diorama on the packaging insert surrounding the toy which features a woodland battle scene.
From what I can see the Heetseek appears to be an unaltered original MMS mold, but with all painted black with the exception of the missiles which are red - so very similar to the version in the SEARS SMS set. The missiles don't hold in place very well - I've used elastic bands to secure mine. The MMS hooks up behind the HISS fine, which is a relief, but doesn't want to connect to my 25th VAMP - I suspect the tow hook on that may be modified. (as I've asked elsewhere - can anyone see what their 2th VAMP will tow) Getting the console stand to stow away properly was fun - a little tight on mine. Getting it out again was even worse !
Two figures are supplied with this set, both of which come with bases with their names on.
The Scrap Iron uses the entire body of the one that comes in the comic 2 pack but with the blue rendered in a paler almost grey colour. He doesn't have his signature missile launcher - boo - but comes with a small silver version of the hand gun with the Mars Industries troopers & officers and a larger black rifle from the Mars Industries Trooper. The Scrap Iron may also be a nod to the SEARS SMS set - the instructions for the Missile System there picture him as the operator.
I've not liked the Neo Viper so hadn't bought one till now - they look like they're a bunch of goons in Halloween masks rather than the superb mirror faced troopers of old. This looks like the carded release but minus the huge missile launcher. I'm liking the nice backpack with it's twin gun mounts - both of these guns plus the third handgun are included.
Very happy with this set, but I do wonmder why it's out. It's the odd man out in this set of exclusives for Wal*Mart. The other three are all battle stations from the 1986 series, this is the only vehicle (as such) and there's no Cobra vehicle in the main ROC line that can tow it !

If anyone's still looking for GI Joe ROC I've just walked out of Kingston Entertainer with a PIT Commando, Sgt Flash & Eel for £6 each. They also had Hawk, Crimson Neo Viper & Agent Helix. Bloke on counter said they'd not had anything new for months but these weren't sitting on the shelf the last time we came up here to visit my Mum.

I got a ROC Destro as a pressie from Karl. It's a great fun figure and I can't put it down. I must nip to Sainsburys and see if they have any other figures going cheap for Destro must not march alone.

If they've got Alpha Vehicles then you want the small tank (armoured panther ?), the Manta attack Craft and the Sky Sweeper.

I shall probably call it a day with that haul or I'll end up over-run with them! A small army will do fine.
I must avoid Sainsburys for a while!
