Actually, as it's with Dynamite, I'd say out of all of the nostalgia properties it's the most likely to see old material in print. But that will all depend on whether or not this does well.
However the first Wildstorm mini had art by J Scott Campbell and Ed McGuinness so I suspect that would be at the front of any reprint queue.

Read the first issue.
There's a nice twist, but it's another trade written comic, with nowhere near enough reading for a single issue.

Certainly not as a first issue, you can get away with that as an issue in the run, like an elaborate fight sequence or the like, but you've basically told me with issue 1 there will be fuck all reading and I will breeze through the trade rapidly, so an easy pass.
