I'm sure we've talked about this before. I think Phil had some.

I had many.
Many.
They were very awesome; the light in the darkness before Transformers.

We had loads of those, great toys! Quite a few Britain’s farm toys too. There was a shop which sold only Britains in the town where I grew up.

I remember seeing the farm toys, but not the space ones, but we were in West germany until March 85, so only home during holidays, and by the time we were living in the UK - He-Man and Transformers had the stranglehold on kids toys by quite some margin and Star Wars was still relatively popular.

Apologies, kept forgetting to do this Britains Space toyline started out with a range of yellow & red spacesuited figures and 3 "vehicles": A spaceship with a spherical cockpit, a projectile launcher and a platform with zip line The next year added a car ..... and some black & green aliens for them to fight with vaguely similar vehicles. The aliens also got a car which then got repainted for the good guys and paired with the launcher mechanism Other factions were introduced:
Plus some beasts and a base In 1985 the line had a MAJOR revamp, mainly into white with red as a secondary colour for the good guys and blue for the bad guys. The good guys mainly got repaints of existing toys from both sides, the bad guys mainly got new toys:
I have a large proportion of this line More pictures at www.flickr.com/photos/philip_ayres/albums/72177720313067581

That fair warms the cockles that does. What a toyline. Magnificent.

Absolutely spectacular toy line. I had several in the yellow and green. A few robots and aliens were the last I got. I had a version of the base as well. So good.
...I wonder if they're still in my parent's loft...

Ooh, that was a sudden shot nostalgia. Didn't have many of these - just one of the small green ships with the grabber claws, a few figures, and the Muteron and Rider. I always coveted more of those ships though, especially the bases - even if they are just vacuum-formed shells. That doesn't matter to a young imagination!
