Buzzworthy stuff does seem to be generally available through the UK sites.
OTOH this is something people want: See also Wolds Collide - looks at the box on the back of the sofa

I don't have much of an issue with the underside of the alt-mode being terrible - it's very G1 in that respect. The thing that it does seem to be missing is any wheels. Which probably isn't much of a loss since most recent toys don't seem to roll along on their wheels even if they have them anyway...
That said though, I still want this, and will be waiting for it to become available from one of the usual places...

I got origin bee, and oh gosh he looks so much worse in hand. Hasbro has such a strong record lately of toys not photographing well, but being way better in hand. I actually was expecting this to be the same, but it's the opposite. He's just a kibbley hot mess.
It's such a shame, because it's a nifty vehicle that's way better than the Tron Beetle of the other WfC Bumblebee. (gatdang they need to stop reusing series/toyline titles)

I'm just waiting for some bright spark at Hasbro to name a future line 'Generation 2'.

I decided that my opinion of Origin Bee improves a bit, if it were repainted into a character who's not trying to look like it transformed into a 1970s VW Beetle. Like if it were repainted/retooled into a BW character. ...like if it were repainted into prebeast "Manta Ray"

Why are Pulse always more expensive than other sites? I would have thought buying from the supplier would be cheaper?

Origin Bumblebee is here! No CUTA!
Box's window has no plastic, rattan strings are back.

I realize that it's coincidence that the "no windows" trend takes off at the same time an "anything could be a plague carrier and bring death in your home" pandemic is happening, but as much as I hate "no windows" under normal circumstances (tfs are very fragile and I don't want strangers touching my things), it's really under my skin in 2020/21.

Had a shot of Phil's Origins Bumblebee. It's fab! Quite a few nods to the 1984 toy in there and the transformation is fiddly but still fun.

Been out for a while in the States. Online shops here are getting it a bit later. At least they're getting it, unlike the Worlds Collide set!!!

Well, I've put a pre-order in at Star.
I need to get "Bumblebee with wings" for the youngest. She adores Bumblebee with wings (her favourite Sunbow moment). It'd be Christmas present, so it had better be released on time.

This Origin Bumblebee is pretty nifty. The vehicle mode is really nice the way all the panels fit together in curves. Robot mode is less Bumblebee-like although the head is good. It would be better if the leg kibble could go round the back somehow. I appreciate the way the rocket pack also works on Netflix Bee.
It's an odd toy though. Fiddling with it, it almost feels like a reject from Generations. Perhaps like the last new one in this line was like a reject from the Core class. It doesn't feel quite as accomplished as a toy as the other minibot deluxes, but is far better than a Legend. The rocket pack and the energon rods seem to compensate for that. Maybe these new figures that are turning up in Buzzworthy are almost rans from other lines. I can see this was absolutely designed for Siege, to go with the Tetrajet design, but for some reason was dropped.

That's a very fair theory - and given that he has C.O.M.B.A.T. C.O.L.I.N. and Blast Effect(TM) ports that certainly seems very likely. I wonder if he was also dropped given that they didn't have a Legends/Core class line for Siege (it was all Micromasters and Battlemasters), and didn't think that they could charge Deluxe prices for a figure that is clearly not a Deluxe. Of course, they have just gone right ahead and done exactly that - but that's following the successes of all the Selects exclusives and the like, and know now that we'll part with our cash for any interesting-looking exclusives or oddities...

After seeing a still from The Burden Hardest to Bear (an episode I dont think Ive ever watched fully before) of Galvatrons throne room I watched it on Youtube and saw Marissa Faireborns "spinner" for the first time. That model is pretty similar to Cybertronian mode Bumblebee and now Im wondering if Origins BB started life as Spinner or at least Spinneris a potential repaint. And just to sound like Ive gone full Phil. That rocket pack makes a lot more sense as part of Spinner than it did for BB.
