Morning All!
It's Tuesday - Boxing Day 2023.
Yesterday: Everything went to time and plan. Led 8am, then had two trips to the front while projecting. Lovely lunch, big sleep, quiet evening when exhausted.
Today: Lunch out with family. Not much else.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

I'm still full from yesterday...
MERRY CHRISTMAS MY LOVELY CYBER-CHUMS!!!
Splendid day yesterday.
MY WIFE GOT ME (as close as she could find) THE SAME KIND OF JUMPER THAT BRUCE WILLIS WEARS IN DIE HARD 2!!! (At the start of the film, before he goes crawling around in ventilation tunnels.)
I have always wanted one!
Now all I need is to loose a bit of weight, get a Berretta 92F, and find an airport full of terrorists and I'm all set!

Slept in this morning until 10am - which is very unlike me. Got a walk in after my coffee, met several lovely dogs and their people. Now pondering what to put my feet up and watch on the Televisual device after a late-lunch.
This may be a low-key christmas even by my families' standards, but I am rather enjoying it.

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: First half wasn't easy, lots of muscle pain from the wind & rain. Second half was horrible, the tummy joined in. Don't think it was anything I'd eaten but the pain was shocking. Weather affecting the muscles used in digestion? Couldn't sleep in afternoon and had to pass on having curry for tea, settled for a bowl of Porridge
Today: Nowt planned for me, still in some pain.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

I do wish it would stop raining. The Orelly men are on their Christmas break and I could do with having a good tidy/leaf sweep/bush trim outside, but I'll be buggered if I can get outside long enough to do it without getting drenched. I have BF audios to listen to!

I continue to be struggling greatly during the Festive period. Can't relax. No interest in hobbies. Yesterday I stayed in bed until 5-ish, went for a run and that was it.

I'm ticking along without doing anything particularly special. Watching each day go by, nearer and nearer to another term. I have no feeling of accomplishment or achievement and end each day feeling slightly disappointed.

Supposed to be working today and tomorrow, but office is closed between Christmas and New Year so it means WFH, and all my colleagues appear to be taking leave, so not a single e-mail or Teams message all day. So... daytime TV. And a pub lunch.
Highlight of day has been seeing a sparrowhawk eating its breakfast in my garden.
May give 'Ferrari' a look over the weekend. Adam Driver must be good in something.

Contemplating a cinema trip for New Year's eve, which was a tradition until COVID going back to Fellowship of the Ring. Slim pickings though. Might be Aquaman and the Lost Film Franchise. I like Aquaman.

Today I take what is hopefully my last hospital visit of the year, before settling down to try and shift this cold, as I've now been invited out on NYE, and I want to not feel like shite before I even begin...

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise the Lord! It's also 2023 Day 365 - New Year's Eve!
Yesterday: Woke feeling OK. Was struggling a bit walking into the restraunt for lunch. Unexpected trigger set my head into a slide just as I needed to do some thinking and as the physical exertion caught up with me. Slept 3 hours in afternoon but was still struggling on both fronts when TMUK call started and the weather deteriorating forced me off early as I couldn't cope with being sociable with my head not 100% at the same time as the weather pain.
So of course awake till 2 with the head having got very thinky!!!
Today: Church. Roadt Dinner. Not sure about this evening
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Wasn't intending to spend a large amount of time cooking this evening. However, the discovery that an issue with power to the freezer meant that an entire bag of beef mince, and one of sausages needed cooking meant that action had to be taken.
So, this evening I have ended up cooking - including the three nights worth of lamb from the joint from dinner - 13 days worth of meat products cooked and ready to be frozen down. Along with bacon for "start the year" bacon rolls after midnight, and boiled bacon for sandwiches tomorrow... Unexpected and unplanned, but at least I will be decently organised come january...

Sounds pretty good to me. We were intending to go to the cinema but ultimately decided we couldn't be arsed, so sofa it was.
