December's Zen purchases arrived this morning, a good week ahead of their estimated date. Just paid for EMS, but when they handed over to DHL for whatever reason DHL Express (usually very expensive!) picked it up.

For Dec/Jan I was on a bit of a Beast-Wars-II-toys-I-regretted-not-to-get-at-the-time kick. It's surprising how easily you can come by these sealed at good prices.

Beast Awakening OP was a surprise; he's really cheap to get on Yahoo! Japan at the moment (hope they aren't KOs, but seems unlikely), and I liked the look of him so took a punt and got this for €30. I had no idea what the RRP is, and had never seen a pic of him next to another toy, so was a bit taken aback at how big he is. He's like a leader-class toy! Actual play features as well, firing missiles, pop-out guns. Looking forward to a bit of a play.

Yeah, I had to get the Conjunx to apply the eye stickers - there was no way I was getting those in the correct position with these clumsy meat sticks... (Maybe if I'd been using my fingers instead it would've gone better, but here we are.)
