Heres what I would like. Minor tweaks, but way more RID Prime than G1.  A definite improvement in my eyes! Though I'm still happiest with the one on the right. More interesting silhouette, the design on the abs is more eye-catching too. I'm not against this HasLab at all, it's probably the most tempting to me so far as I have some nostalgic attachment to the originals and it isn't the insane size / price of Unicron, but it feels like it's lacking something. |

Yes and no. we were still in the middle of Hasbros flaking chrome jobs. It was never going to work, but a better quality chrome that avoided the scraping and clipping areas could have worked. Especially here where they knew the issue and could have worked around it. Don't be silly - that'd be far too costly and too much work. It's not like this is an expensive, limited-edition prestige item or anything, is it..? |

Nah, let's have (some of) them get the deluxe treatment in the main line! Or maybe core if people really want them a bit smaller.
I know people are probably sick of it by now, but I'd genuinely be fine with more retooling of Siege Sideswipe to give us the likes of Crosswise and Rev.
The micromasters from Siege onward were not of the greatest quality (ok I made a point of getting the vast majority of them, but still) and the Spychangers deserve better!

I was thinking representations of their cartoon forms, but sure Hasbro, the more spychangers the merrier!
Edit: dammit, I'm gonna have to go the loft and fetch my RiD collection. Now... Is it in the tunnel of giant spiders or man eating rats corner?

Honestly the way I feel is they should make a robot mode "frame" that is pretty functional on its own, and then reshell it for all the spychangers just by changing the head and vehicle mode parts. |
