OK, but not needed to do anything that involves leaving the house
Still quite tired, slept late morning for an hour before lunch and then for two hours in afternoon ... but the afternoon is normal.
Definitely think there's something post viral going on following the "cold" the last few weeks.

Post-viral... could be, covid is a bummer for staying around in your body doing damage for a long time afterwards. Fingers crossed that it passes quickly and you feel better soon.

1am. Weather a bit fun this morning. And some tech trouble.
Today: J in college all day. Pizza planned for dinner. Homegroup tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I get head straight enough to email solicitors. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: Busy day. Head worked, if anything it was in overdrive compared to recently. Some book stuff and toy leaks first thing, and more later on. grabbed me a Rokkkon from Mattel Creations, plus Homegroup in Evening. The email to the solicitors got sent, BIG TICK. Now to print the form and get it sent off with my documentation originals, not easy for someone with no driving licence or passport!
Today: Was hoping to take J out for Thai for lunch after his foot appointment, but the weather here is not clement! He's out tonight so I'll be home alone.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

I had thought I was past the anxiety spikes of the last few weeks, until this afternoon when a very sharp anxiety spike derailed my afternoon and caused some interpersonal issues in the office. Resulting post-adrenal crash has left me feeling pretty wiped out.
On the bright side I am off on leave tomorrow. On the not so bright side, I have to move a load of stuff around in the morning and deal with the engineers being here to change out both the gas and electricity meters tomorrow afternoon. Giving serious thought to just giving up and hibernating this weekend.

Thanks, I hope so too. :-)
At least the changing of the meters has happened today - I'd like to say that it went without incident... But it is more like, to quote a certain movie - "Not without incident". The engineer took one look at the array of "stuff" that makes up the wiring in my cupboard and I could see his brain do the exact same thing mine did when I viewed this place a few years back "what the [redacted] sort of mess am I looking at". The good news is that with the help of a colleague he was able to work out what he was looking at, what were redundant parts left over from this buildings original incarnation and which bits he actually needed to wire to the new meter. The bad news is that a one hour job of replacing the gas and electricity meter turned into a 3 hour job, most of which was spend reorganising the "main power coupling" so that the new meter would actually fit... I feel for the guy - it should have been a quick, simple job...
On the bright side I met one of the neighbourhood cats this afternoon whilst I was cleaning the front door, they came sauntering up with a definite "I've never been in there before" look to them. I had to disabuse them of the notion that this was their chance to inspect my home... But we did have a quick chat before their attention was distracted by other things, and the rooks came over to shout at them to "get off our manor!". :-)

Woke up at 07:30 this morning, which wasn't too bad. The woke up again at 10:03, having fallen back to sleep without my CPAP machine. This is...less than ideal...Buzy morning however, did daily challenges in Star Trek:Online (discovering in the process that with an appropriate equipment setup ST:Disco era Birds of Prey are hilariously capable) then I went out for a wander - explored the other side of the complex of parks, SSI and nature-reserve that my road borders.
Discovered a nice looking cafe out on Spinnery Hill road about 30-40 minutes walk away, with tables out on the pavement. Sadly I didn't have an FFP2 on my today so I couldn't go in and get meself a coffee, and they are closed tomorrow. A possible place to visit on a future Saturday methinks. Take a book with me, get in a good walk out, coffee and a treat, then a walk back to work it off. Could be most useful.
Trying to decide to go to the local "Comic-con" thing that is on tomorrow. On the one hand it is not too far away (30 mins) across the same park by a slightly different route. On the other hand it is 12 of your Earth pounds to get in and that could get me a nice coffee and snacky-cake down at the park that has the aviary, meaning I could also check in on my mates the Java Sparrows in the process. Choices, choices!

Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
