Morning All!
It's Monday - 2024 week 10
Yesterday: Made it to church, and lasted service, though got a bit spasmy late on in service. Slept all afternoon.
Today: Leading 8am and 10am. Out to lunch with L. J college.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Pies don't have to have horrible meat in. I can recommend a Linda McCartney Chicken and Mushroom. I like those. My mum makes a tremendous sausage and egg pie.
I also discovered the joy of a Pukka vegan sausage roll today. That was chuffing lovely.

Yesterday: Morning went OK. Stuck squabbling Guinea Pigs outside in run but had to have them in at end of day because of weather. Nice trip out for lunch.
