I make a mean cheese, onion and egg pie. Martin That sounds rather appealing. Six large eggs, one large onion chopped, 400g grated cheddar, a little herbs/pepper, stir well, stick it between two shortcrust pastry sheets in a pie dish, stick it in the fan oven at 180-190 for 50 minutes. Lovely. Martin

Lovely. Martin The egg would be problematic for me, but apart from that this is not unlike my sister's Cheese and Onion pie recipe - and I suspect would be equally lovely and tasty! Karl

I love pie. All pie. Just as long as mushrooms aren't involved. Literally any other pie. Shockprowl speaks the truth. I can do without leek too.

Morning All!
It's FRIDAY!!!
Yesterday: Started with a less than ideal amount of sleep. Some early challenges ate head and then I started to not feel well, very coldy fluy. Went to bed not long after 12 but just dozed. Woke up way in advance of live stream which was a good job too as a whole pile of stuff went live just before it. Quiet evening.
Today: J college. Not sure about me, see how we go.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise the Lord!
Yesterday: Not a great day physically at all,not enough sleep full of coldy fluyness. Quite shivery at times. Did TMUK call in evening but was away quite early.
Slept better, Thank You Lord!
Today: I'd not set an alarm and wasn't planning to go in unless I awake early feeling bright and up for it. Did the first - awake at half - but the body is very much saying NO. Don't like doing this but I recognise what my body is saying. Will be a difficult day anyway, first mother's day without Mum, and I have at least one friend in a similar position.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.
