Those aren't Bluebrixx products though. They also serve as a distributor for a number of Mainland Chinese manufacturers - many of which exist in the grey area of operating under the Chinese interpretation of Copyright law ("The Law exists to protect the interests of The People, it does not protect running dog capitalist lackies" - or thereabouts). You'll note that some of the items there are noted as being by produced by Bluebrixx others show the names of companies like LiMei or PinXiZhing - the latter being part of the vast maze of Chinese building block toy manufacturers.

So whilst Bluebrixx are manufacuturing officially licensed items, like Cobi whom they also seem to distribute, some of the other companies who distribute their product...not so much...

(This is entirely legal - it is the manufacturer who is committing the offence under the various international agreements, so it would be the manufacturer against whom any suit would have to be made. The reseller has a defense of not being the creator of the infringing work - in the same way B&M aren't being sued by Tomy of Hasbro for the KO Transformers stuff they sell.)
