At 6" scale, he's more or less in scale with Generations But aren't I right in saying that in the comics only green-jacketed Death's Head was Transformer-sized, and blue-jacketed Death's Head was more like 7-foot* in height, after he got shrunk by Doctor Who? So you should only put green-jacket next to TFs and blue-jacket next to Marvel Legends characters. (Edit: The back of the box apparently gives his height as 6'6".) Martin Yeah, but it's the only reasonably scaled death's head around, so what can we do? Not put him with our TFs?

I won't. He will fight the Fantastic Four on my shelves.

Lots of Transformers toys have different looks or details that they never had at certain points in fiction, and yet people display them together in their toy collections.

My Fractured Friendship pack arrived yesterday, and it is glorious! I've been waiting for this version of Pax/Prime to be done for years, so to finally have it is certainly a moment. But what's also exciting is that, five years since his original figure debuted, this is somehow the first variant of Siege Megatron that I own* - so that's another exciting retro moment for me, too. Lovely little box set, this. Now I'm just trying to not think about the cost.
(*Yes, I own the G2 version, but that's a repaint of the Earthrise mold, and doesn't count.)

this is somehow the first variant of Siege Megatron that I own How did you manage that? I was never particularly impressed with the mold, because I was a big fan of the Titans Return version, so wasn't really fussed. But if the right one was to ever come along then I'd get it. And it did. In that it was packaged with a Prime I really wanted.

Got mine!!!
Soooo glad I'm a whore and bought this. Megatron isn't really worth talking about. Of the (siege) Megatrons I have, this is the ugliest. It looks better in photos, at least to me.
Optimus though is worth the set, alone. Fun to transform, and is finally the cybertronian mode toy that Optimus deserves.
