One of the things that arrived from London today was the remainder of my audio tape collection
I've been a CD owner since 1994 but somehow certain things I still had on on tape.
Most went straight in the Charity Shop pile. But my first tape I was given (Electric Dreams soundtrack), the first one I bought (ELO Balance of Power) and my TFTM soundtrack I had to keep the physical tape copies of.
I suspect there may be more in the boxes downstairs I haven't laid my fingers on yet

I still have a box of cassettes, including the movie soundtrack. Mostly I think stuff that hasn't been put out on CD, spoken word.
I've got a very clever set of the Bill McCay Stargate novels where the left and right stereo tracks are used as individual mono tracks, so you listen to the tape with the balance set all the way to the right and then again with it set all the way to the left to hear the next part. If you just put it in and play it normally it completely messes with your head.
