It's Monday - 2024 Week 42
Yesterday: Up and down physically. Didn't even try going in to church.
Today: Led 8am but we've called 10am off cos I'm not well enough. J college. L away to seaside this week

It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Another day of being very achy & tired. L safely in Devon. I postponed Weds trip out to be jabbed, not well enough to go.
Today: J at college. Curry take away tonight.

It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Still not great, possibly a bit more coldy. Had some book and money stuff to amuse me. J did a loft job for me. Oddly didn't sleep well in afternoon and then awake till 2 this morning. This pushes a button about a previous occasion I was ill and had difficulty sleeping.
Today: ?? J college this afternoon, Pizza for tea, hopefully some homegroup tonight on Zoom.

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: A bit more normal. Yes, still achy, but more weather related than the fluy ache I have had. OTOH a bit more sniffy. Some frustration trying to rebuild a couple of the Zoids we fgot from the loft, fingers not up to it :-(Got an Epic, an Omnibus and a Transformer. Pizza for tea. Did Homegroup which was good, only 3 of us.
2:30 before sleep. Head was a bit thinky but I was also a bit too warm.
Today: Food order due, need to get burger buns out freezer to go with them. Possible J left job.

Yesterday: Busy morning with loft job and tidying up after. Quiet afternoon. L back in evening, chest not as good as it should be. Better weather helped loads.

Got to see two plays this week, 'Dr Strangelove' with Steve Coogan and 'Waiting for Godot' with Ben Whishaw. The Godot had its plus points but wasn't a patch on the magical Stewart & McKellen version that I saw some years ago. But Strangelove on stage blew me away (if you'll pardon the expression, given it's a dark comedy about nuclear war). Coogan was superb alternating between playing four different characters. I really must track down the Peter Sellers film version for comparison.

Afternoon All!
It's SATURDAY !!!!
Yesterday: Quiet day for the most part. Trip down to the garage late afternoon, mainly with parts for toys that were already there but was too dark in there to fit them properly. NYCC Hasbro reveals in the evening.
Today: Back to garage at least once today - done one run already and got most of what I planned done and a few extra things. L to Cirecester to collect some furniture. J to Grandma, then he's doing a quick ASDA errand for me. TMUK Zoom tonight. Prep for Sunday as and when I get the information I need.
