It's Monday - 2024 Week 44
Yesterday: Really good first half after a good 8 hours sleep, with church going well. Brief sleep in the afternoon getting up in time for the Hasbro 1027 reveals at 4pm. After that I started to struggle with head and pain.
Today: Leading 8am and 10am. Hopefully a garage trip if I feel OK. Hoping my DW S25 BD set arrives.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Spent a few hours tidying up the hobby room, which has been a complete mess since the builders were in. It's now tidy and I can get round it, but still not what I want it to be nor is stuff properly organised by type.
A few main points have arisen:
1: I need more Really Useful Boxes but need to plan where to put them first before I order any. After I work that out some more packaging* can go to the tip.
2: I need to calm the F-down on new acquisitions for a while until I figure out how to reconfigure the space.
3: No more TF titan-class toys.
-Ralph
*Some stuff is only in packaging because I'm not sure where to put them when opened. It's easier to stack them in a Tetris-formation for now.

I can help you!
Transfer your Black Zarak to me.
And in exchange I will give away your second HW Prime.
Thus space will be created and saved.
In all seriousness though this is also why many of my robots have never been unboxed as I don't have anywhere to put them out nor likely spaces for storage boxes.
Mrs M and I have been making some progress with sorting the house and I'm having a day here on Wednesday to make more headway. We have a plan to create more storage in the lounge but need to 1) get on with it and 2) make some space to assemble new shelving.

You are correct in a pure volumetric sense, but as Ralph says until you have a plan individual boxes stack far better than loose toys.

Entirely sensible. Especially as most toys come with small greebles that also have to be stored. So until an option is in place to keep both the toys and their greebles contained, keeping them boxed together is a sensible interim plan.
