Who is the best artist to draw each character?
For the likes of Optimus Prime - we do have different ones, so the best for each one.
Just to start things off
The Fallen - Andrew Wildman
Nobody should disagree with that one seeing that Patlee was the only other person to draw him {oh for got Don did the cover}
Optimus Prime
G1 - [include MP] got to be Don with Wildman close 2nd. PM - like like Senior best AM - STAZ / Wildman

Optimus Prime
G1 incarnation is a three horse race between Don Perlin(when inked by Akin and Garvey) and Will Simpson and Derek Yaniger. Powermaster Optimus Prime - Andy Wildman narrowly edges out Staz. Action Master - by virtue of being one of only two to draw him it goes to Wildman

No no, the question was "who's the best artist for...", not "who was guilty of the following crimes"!

Staz did AM Prime in the last annual. So its putting still shots against Andrew's action shots.

Who draws the best Megatron & Galvatron - Starscream, Soundwave
With Galvatron - Senior gets the over powering size & evil of the character across, while Wildman brought in the facial expressions of the charcater.
Sullivan is one of the best for Megatron.
Senior for Starscream [see the first few issues of his US run] Look at Earthforce issue for best Soundwave [but you can include IDW with him being the same mode]

I can't remember who drew which characters best but I can remember that Pat Lee 'drew' Transformers with some of the more 'dynamic' poses. There was an issue where Ultra Magnus thrust out his crotch in a full page spread and it looked like he had a penis.

There was an issue where Ultra Magnus thrust out his crotch in a full page spread and it looked like he had a penis. Was the penis white or was it encased in red/blue armour? Anyhoo. Just so I get this thread, are we saying who, out of the people who dew the characters, is the best at drawing them? So, for example, is one was to ask "Who drew the Last Autobot the best?" one would have to reply with Wildman/Baskerville and not, say, Senior.

Out of all the artist who drew a character who drew the best image of him
with artist taking there own styles. The fluidness of Wildman, the bulkness & stuff of Senior, or if you just like Derek's wires.

My favorite artist for all of the Transformers is Geof Senior.
