The great journey to AA begins. As is traditional, the sleep deprivation for the Scots Crew begins. Rarrrrrr! -Ralph "These blessed artefacts shall blaze across the galaxy with their cleansing fire, signifying the beginning of the Great Journey"..... Sorry, been playing Halo 2 again - I think Covenant propaganda is lodged in my brain. Have a good time chaps, and raise a glass in honour of those of us unable to attend. Karl

This was my first AA and I enjoyed meeting up with people who I'd only spoken to via the Hub previously.

It was indeed good to see folk from the past and put a face to the names of newer Hubbers.

Great fun and splendid to hook up with folks I haven't seen in an while and those I'd not had the pleasure of meeting in person.

Now I know what Bogatan looks like, though I didn't get to meet Zudobug (as far as I know). Did Karla make it in the end?

Surely you saw me once or twice I was the one wearing the Hubcap and I had a poke around your table once or twice but didn't buy anything.

You could have took the train. I think there are trains running between London and Birmingham. You missed a great time anyway.

No worries. Hopefully we'll see you at some future meet-up/con when you are able.
