Seems to skirt very close to falling foul of the anti-vigilante laws I would have thought.

It also strikes me that some of these folk are likely to get themselves quite seriously hurt - this bloke who calls himself "Master Legend" most noticeably. Drug Dealers are not know for being much in favour of "fair play".
