It's rhyming week! I had noticed not, Well spank my bott.
Now I speak, Before the mind does rot, And shrinks to a dot.
This day I have been weak, Scones I've had, quite a lot, With cream in a clot.

Oh blimey, rhymes! I am not ready! Trying to think of them makes me unsteady Here on a mid rest-day visit, 'tis rare At my parent's house, their PC I doth share Alongside me my Piglet doth complain She wants to go for walk down the lane I tell her I will be just minute These children of ours are demanding, init?
(best I could do without preperation. Hmm, prob best I'll do prep or no. Hope everyone ok!)

My nose is a constant drip, I'd rather eat a parsnip. Neither can I get any kip, This state of affairs gives me the gyp.

I see no pop-ups, Nor any lollipops. Perhaps Nick is cursed, His lips must be pursed.

The week at work is has been very bad We've been understaffed and that makes me sad
Too few people makes things very hectic and although I've done much work I haven't yet checked it.
The weekend is on us which gives me good cheer a can's in the fridge mayhap I'll have a beer.

I just had a Mars egg, Thankfully not a bootleg. I do like a bit of chocolate, Which I will not share with an Abbot.

I thought that said adbot the first time I read. The adbot likes chocolate? But 'twas not what you said.
I'm off to my folks for a night or so, So to rhyming week now 'goodbye!' I must go.
Thanks to all those who chose to join in, Not as many as last year but enough to call a win.
Now I must log off, you see, To go and get some training from the RSPB.
(Peregrine falcons to return to City Hall, Apparently, and so I once more answer the volunteer call.)

Ryhming week continues until midnight on Sunday, It cannot stop before then even if you pray. Though it may feel like it shall never end, And drive you round the bend.

I came into work and lost face, Because I broke a machinery part that costs a fortune to replace. I'm hoping the gaffers won't give me a warning, but I will find out on Monday morning.

A pox be upon this fabled rhyming week! For my emails it has been shown to tweak.
Although it bought me much mirth It spread out far beyond its worth
And crept into emails to interesting young ladies Who are most definitely not from the pits of Hades
Now my mental state is in question And of the email itself we best not mention!

Week has been a write-off due to crap health, Also doesn't help not having much wealth. But I may have overdosed on episodes of Doctor Who, Everywhere I look I see things that make me go "Boo!"

I think a general rhyming thread is in order on the Hub because Ralph can't seem to get over it.

The lure of the rhymes still grips me, Even when I need a wee. It always helps to keep me calm, Even when I lose my chapped lips balm.
