There's a code on TFW2005 for *another* 25% discount off your final total on top of the 25% off Transformers on the Hasbro Toy Shop website. The code is: 0601:BARGAIN Tested it out myself this afternoon. I got Sunstreaker and Prowl for £7.30 each, Blaster for £11.24 and Onslaught for £14.05. And still with free shipping! Needless to say I was rather pleased though I do wonder how on Earth they are making any money on this. I'll be watching the website like a hawk to see if they restock on Tankor, Ani-Starscream and Ani-Grimlock before the offer finishes. Mouse finger at the ready...

Phew! I'm glad I popped in here before placing my order. Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered Ratchet, Powerglide and Onslaught for under £34.
A word of caution: the total order still needs to be above £25 after the extra discount to have free shipping. (Which is why I splashed out on both Ultras.)
I hope the offer and code are still valid next week, as I was tempted by the Universe Voyagers and I found today they have the Premium Blackout and Ironhide.

Gonna put in an order later on, just a quick question- see the Megatron and Prime Animated double pack with battle damage? Are they just re-painted versions of the standard Voyager models? Or are they new moulds?

It's worth looking at some pics first... The deluxe Prime that comes in the double pack has some weird differences- The main being that he has smoke stacks (WTF?) and no black colouring under the silver bars on the sides. This has led some people referring to him as "G1 Style". However, he does have a decent axe which the Voyager certainly doesn't. Noticed on TFW2005 that Argos yet again have 25% off Transformers and the offers applies to everthing this time - Movie, Animated and Universe. They also have Deep Space Starscream in for the rather reasonable price of a tenner . That's technically a new sighting *and* a discount *and* it's online - though I'll leave it in here since it's where I've started. Somebody move it if you like. You have too many sightings threads over here The list of discounted stuff Deep Space Starscream

I would hope not! Surely setting the world on fire would contravene child toy safety standards!

The Woolworths 3 for 2 sale is continuing for another week.
Smyths has been mentioned as a regular haunt of several Hubbers. I'm told that they're giving £5 off every sale of £15 or more.

Anyone who missed out on Animated Ratchet and Bumblebee might like to know that they are now available in Toys'r'us for a reasonable £14.99 as opposed to their previous ridiculous £29.99.

£25 for Prime is very reasonable. I hope Leader Bulkhead also receives a Price slash too.

Is THIS enough of a price slash for you Ken? I see Asda are having a toy sale, are TFs included in it?

I see Asda are having a toy sale, are TFs included in it? Nope, I'm afraid not at least, not on the movie stuff - the new deluxes are still a tenner I'm afraid. I would presume not on the Animated line either, but I can't say for sure as my Asda has sold out of the Animated stuff a few weeks ago. Karl

Asda I was in today had animated deluxes at £9.97 each, so no discount there.

I looked in Asda yesterday: no Movie and no Transformers in the sale. There didn't seem to be much of a sale at all, actually.

Is THIS enough of a price slash for you Ken? Leader Megatron is 20 quid from play as well. I got both of them and can confirm that it is indeed the Leader-class toys, not mislabelled voyagers

Leader Megatron is £20??!!!! I need a job!!! -Ralph Pfft just use your credit card! That's not real money! Bulkhead is amazing, he's a must-buy. Megatron is decent enough. Not good enough for a £40 toy, but great for a £20 one Saying that, he seems to have vanished from their website since I last looked (he was there a few weeks, and I did spam that link as much as possible )

As a quick aside, popped into Tescos after work. They DID have Animated back to full price, but now Deluxes are 7.47 (picked up Snarl) and Voyagers are 14.97

Animated seems to yo-yo in price so much that I wonder if it will shelf-warm like no tomorrow if it stays at RRP for any significant length of time.

The only animated in Woolworths (the Voyagers) shelfwarmed dreadfully until the 3 for 2 sale. Then they have gone as if they evaporated overnight. The same has been happening in Tesco - at full price they might sell one or two Voyagers in a fortnight, at the lower price they can shift a couple of cases in a day. Karl

At this point anyone paying attention to prices would never pay full price for them so its no wonder sales have dropped off at full price.
