19 in total should have been to Limbo based on the Time Travel but not all of them appeared "on screen" as it were.

That's 24 displacements. BUT some characters may have got displaced more than once. We know Optimus Prime did. But we don't know who was displaced by Rodimus/Kup/Blurr/Wreck Gar in 1987.
As for how many Transformers have limbo-danced, the answer is however many were drawn by Dan Reed.
