An exquisite week of evening TV. No-one but the BBC makes wildlife documentaries this good. If every week was like this, it would fully justify the licence fee.

I used to watch Big Cat Diary from when it first aired a few years ago until about three or four years down the line but then stopped watching it due to other things occupying my spare time. There's always something fascinating about African wildlife programmes - the continent seems to have a much more interesting collection of wildlife than what any other continent has.
