Yes, but even without the Japense audio, just the very idea of Spiderman having a giant transforming sphynx and duking it out with Skeletor rejects has to hold great value in this universe.

Ah, the Marveler/Leopardtron. Fantastic creations - and the ancestors of the Sentai and Chouseishin mecha.
I do have a soft spot for Japanese Spiderman - Spiderman as a motorbike racer, with Green Lantern's origin (basically) and far niftier fighting moves than his contemporary live-action counterpart in the west.
Karl (The Marveler toy is a work of genius - the only thing that has stopped me picking it up is the fear that it might evoke a "Soul of Chokogin" collecting habit in me...)
