I'm still into Stout. With an occassional ice-cold 1664 or Stella.

I do like my Guinness, goes down very nicely indeed. Had a couple yesterday evening whilst watching a couple of films, an excellent way to spend an evening.

Currently off the sauce for the moment so it's either tea (milk & two sugars) or fresh orange juice (no bits).

I'm on the Kronenbourg at the moment. Also really enjoying a pint of orange juice with ice for when I've had too many.

At the moment, I'm partial to Carlsberg's Christmas Brew. Which does indeed, knock the head off you.

Weatherspoons pubs have a 'real ale festivel' on at the moment. A student friendly £1.69 a pint. I recommend the Caledonian Golden Promise. A smooth and relaxing ale with a hint of vanilla.

The last Tequila and coke I had last night was awful. I may have been drunk and not up for drinking anything else.

I have to be really careful about what I drink these days because of my bad kidney, so it's usually just flavoured water for me. I quite like the Volvic apple & cranberry as it's very easy to take.

I soooo misread the intention of this thread! Mine is any of a) red wine (with dinner), b) rose (when I'm just after getting lashed), c) whisky (when I have an upset stomach or a sore throat) or d) gin and tonic (when the little b*stards have been just a bit too much).
As I'm teaching tomorrow, it'll have to be the thought of the above which keeps me going. Mind you, a nice cup of tea awaits me downstairs.

I've almost run out of uni related stuff to do for the next fortnight. I hear the couple of beers that have sitting in the fridge calling to me, but the space lurgy...it says no.

Soon they will be yours, Doc', fear not. The lure of the ale will force the invaiding bugs from your bodily tissues and membranes and you will sup the hoppy goodness once more.

Actually I cured tonsillitis with judicial application of Sheep Dip from the Aberdeen Students' Union. I managed to have the hangover from hell as a result, but they don't give you hot toddies for nothing. Have something with a bit of a kick to it and you'll feel better. Promise.

O Kleenex God, make this humble Ralph well in time for the Glasweigicon this time tomorrow night. De-run his nose, unclog his sinuses and banish the sneezles. We ask this in the name of the Hankerchief, the Tissue and the Holy Snot. Amen.
