Sideswipe. Very dense, lots going on, amazing art, fun conclusion to a fine slice of cosmic bollocks.

Has Nick done any of these apart from Shockwave, Hot Rod and Kup?

Erm...he didn't have a hand in Kup (save inspiration) though I did see him sign a copy of it once by accident.

Damn it! Completely passed me by. And July is a while back, too. (Can you tell I don't pay much attention to comics these days?) Does anyone have a source for a back copy with Nick's colour cover? Martin

I have to chose a single spotlight as bestest. That is difficult, as their are a number that I like equally well for different reasons. And as I can only vote for one of them I have had to make my decision almost as much by fate as by design.

Martin It may not make much sense to you, as it's part 2 of a 4 part story. Nick also did Devastation #2 and Titan TF-UK #2. -Ralph

It may not make much sense to you, as it's part 2 of a 4 part story. Never mind. I like Hardhead more than Hot Rod and Kup, so I'll give him a go. Yes, I know he's done a few other bits and pieces. I've tried to buy Nick's Spotlights though since they are sort of standalone. I'll try not to miss Maximum Dinobots, even though the title makes me cringe. What does it _mean_? Is there such a thing as minimum Dinobots or moderate Dinobots? What ambitions have the poor Dinobots to aspire to once they have reached this maximum? Maybe we'll find out! Martin

Watch out for the giant Nick Roche symbol in the night sky. Then, you'll know.

I've gone for Shockwave because its the only one I can remember anything about since reading it. Odd really, considering that I've read every other Spotlight since then (except for Hardhead which I'm still trying to get my grubby little mitts on).

Kup & Hardhead as the stories and art were AMAZING in both.

Looks like Shockwave's set to do something Longtooth has never done, namely win a Hub poll outright.

It may not make much sense to you, as it's part 2 of a 4 part story. Found a copy. Yeah, you were right about that, Ralph. But the art was great as always, and I liked Hardhead as a character a lot. I like professional soldier characters who are free from 'attitude'. Get the job done - no whining, no angst, no arrogance, but very competent and in control. Respect. Martin

I would of like to say Arcee's as she is the only fembot.....but.....Wheelie is cuter You haven't got Blur's spotlight up there! I always felt that Ramjet's spotlight was just taking the piss out of him, poor ramjet.
