TMNT: Back To The Sewers

Season 7 of the new toon takes a new theme as the bros arrive back in the present day from thier Fast Forward stint in 2105.

The journey back does'nt go according to plan as robo-buddy Serling is sucked into the time window too and Splinter is zapped into data particles and trapped in cyberspace.

This is where the series takes a Tron and video game style approach in that the TMNT can fight crime in Cyberspace too whilst retreiving all the bits of Splinter's data to bring him back. Thanks to the addition of Serling and knowledge gained from the future the bros now have new artilery and a high tech lair.

Enjoying the series still. Not in agreement with the TMNT being drawn with pupils again (the pupiless look was one of the many things the new toon corrected over the old) but the designs are still good especially when in Cyber form. April and Casey look more like the way they did in the recent film but everyone else has had minor changes.

Thought I'd write a bit about this, since I'm not following much else. Hope someone else gives this series a whirl

I might give it a go, but I'm much more interested in the print versions of TMNT (although the cgi movie was tops) as opposed to the animated incarnation(s).
