I sell Bagpuss and Clangers fridge magnets. (They sell steadily throughout the year, which shows the enduring appeal of the characters.) It was rather bittersweet enveloping one just now.

I grew up watching Bagpuss and it is such a sad loss for a legend of British kids TV to pass on.
